(PHILADELPHIA) — Hausbrandt USA, the exclusive distributor in the United States for Hausbrandt coffee products, acquired Philadelphia Coffee Works, Inc. via a combined real estate and asset transaction.
Philadelphia Coffee Works, currently positioned as one of the leading coffee distribution companies in the Philadelphia Metro Area, will join the Hausbrandt USA family of companies, significantly increasing the market share of Hausbrandt USA in the tri-state area.
With this recent acquisition, Hausbrandt USA becomes a fully-operational coffee distribution company, including an in-house staff of certified technicians licensed to install and maintain high-end espresso machines and brewing equipment.
Philadelphia Coffee Works will maintain its brand name and will act as the sole distributor of Hausbrandt coffee products in the Philadelphia Metro Area. Hausbrandt USA and now Philadelphia Coffee Works are owned and managed by Massimo Taurisano and Carrie Lapp.

Starting one coffeeshop is work, opening three is dedication and a marketing decision.
But good coffe and true Italian ambiance can easily withstand this change of image without losing appeal.
